Q. How long does it take till I get a response after placing my order?
A. Responses regarding order details from our team should not take more than 2 days (including weekends!)
Q. Can I order anything else not available on your site?
A. Even if what you need is not available with our displayed items or not from the list of the suggested websites, you can still give us your order from any online shop and we'll get it for you.
Q. What does the whole service cost?
A. The cost is a total of item price, plus local item tax if available, plus international and local shipping and handling, plus delivery right to your door. This will all be detailed in the quotations provided for our customers. sample quotation.pdf
Q. How long does it take to have my items arrive to me?
A. An approximate is 2 to 3 weeks. Only items that are personalized or engraved with your choice can extend between 3 to 4 weeks.
Expedited orders are charged more.
Q. Can I exchange or return items?
A. We don’t accept exchanges or returns. Only unsatisfactory conditioned items may qualify a return with partial or complete refund.
Q. Can we buy from online auctions with bidding on items?
A. We are sorry, unless the item has a fixed price e.g. “buy now”, we will not process it.
Q. If I make an order including many items, & I want my stuff to come to me separately as they arrive, how much is the charge?
A. Extra delivery services for separate items will cost SAR 30 per delivery in Riyadh, SAR 100 to rest of Saudi cities.
Q. Are there specific conditions for the ordered items?
A. As long as they comply with the Saudi Customs’ regulations, and do not exceed 100 KG of weight or 2 cubic meters of size, we will get it.
Mind that our team has the right to disqualify any order they find inappropriate.
